Siri AI

With iOS 27, if you own an iPhone that supports Apple Intelligence, you now have a much more capable Siri, than the present implementation found in iOS 18 and iOS 26. The new Apple and Google's collaboration has trained Apple Private Compute models with Gemini intelligence. The end result is a privacy-focused and highly intelligent AI chatbot, that is seamlessly and beautifully integrated within the Dynamic Island.

Addressing Customer Complains

Last year, iOS 26 introduced a new design language named 'Liquid Glass' which was a fresh and modern redesign of the existing iOS. However it sparked mixed opinions about visibility as the UI elements often clash with the background, making it difficult for users to view; Form vs Function happened here.

This year, Apple wanted to address this by offering a Liquid Glass slider, that will allow users to adjust how much Liquid Glass (or not) with precise control. This ensures all customers are happy, regardless.

Backend Efficiency Improvements

In 2025, iOS 26 was a huge overhaul, which meant a lot of code changes. This lead to quite an unstable, dissatisfactory experience that didn't define premium like the Apple we know. However this year with iOS 27, Apple has claimed to improved in every aspect possible; from faster app launch, to reliable AirDrop transfers.
